Any person or entity ("user or subscriber") accessing the ebeebo web site (the "site" or "service") or any of the information contained herein agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions of this ebeebo web site terms of use ("agreement"):
This Agreement is a legal agreement between the User and Inchima Limited (known as 'ebeebo' for the purposes of this agreement) for the Services you subscribe to. These Services include the website infrastructure, data storage mechanisms, databases and related designs, content, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Customer Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Customer Agreement, you are not authorised to use the ebeebo Services.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by Inchima Limited.
ebeebo cannot accept reasonability for any injury sustained while following or as a result of any of the advice offered on this site.
The ebeebo service enables you to contact other members. ebeebo is not a job brokering service and is not obligated to successfully broker any other members for you.
The site acts as a venue which allows registered users to offer themselves for work, or find members which may have the skills and experience necessary for work roles or contracts they have. We do not facilitate in the placement of individuals in jobs beyond bringing both parties to our website. We do not ultimately participate in transactions between any users of the website.
In effect, the site acts as a match maker for those offering work contracts to those who are looking for work. Ebeebo is not an employment site.
Although we police the site for quality, we do not review the profiles provided by users and are not involved in any transactions between Finders and Seekers that have been introduced through the site. As a result, we have no control over the quality of profile or work permit status of the prospective workers, the truth or accuracy of the profiles or the ability of users to follow through with any promises made. Do not assume that any offer or promises made are valid and legal simply because it is discussed on the Site. We are not responsible for ensuring that Finders and Seekers actually complete a discussion or negotiation. You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you.
We use many techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide to us when they register on the Site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, ebeebo cannot and does not confirm the purported identity of users or the validity of the information which users post to the Site. In addition there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Website.
Users should be aware that if they join ebeebo their first name, profile details and work details may be viewed by their current employers or other interested parties. ebeebo accepts no liability for any matter arising from such an occurrence.
People who register with ebeebo become "Standard Members". The Membership divides between those who decide to pay a fee to access the message centre, and those who do not who remain "Standard Members". Those who pay the fee become “Subscribers” for the length of time they are paying the fee. Should they defer or suspend payment then they will revert back to being “Standard Members” until they re-subscribe and become “Subscribers” again.
Standard members may post their work requirements, profile notes and related details on the site;
They may also receive messages, which will be sent through the internal email system, notifying them of messages sent by Subscribers which can be viewed in the Message Centre on the site.
Standard Members will receive an email to their chosen email address when a Finder wishes to contact them through the message centre.
A Subscriber has all rights of a Standard member but can also send email messages to both Standard Members and Subscribers via the message centre.
There is no legal or contractual difference between Seekers and Finders. For the purposes of this website, a “Seeker” is looking for work and provides a profile of their skills and work experience. The “Finders” have jobs or contracts and are looking for suitable candidates (the Seekers) to fulfil these roles.
As a Seeker you must ensure that your profile and other information posted on the ebeebo website contains only factual information about yourself and is not used for any purpose other than advertising yourself as available for employment.
Our purpose is to ensure that Finders get search results that are as clear, informative and appropriate as possible. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove or amend from ebeebo any profile which is posted in breach of these rules. Our rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.
You are responsible for the legality of all material you post on the ebeebo. You may not link to an external website, provide email details, instant message details, or advertise other communication methods between a Seeker and Finder from within a profile in order to bypass the message centre thus negating the requirement of a subscription.
You agree to deal fairly, professionally and promptly with Finders with whom contact is made as a result of use of the ebeebo website and will not do anything which may bring ebeebo into disrepute. We do not guarantee that you will generate any response to your profile or work-seeking activities on ebeebo, or that responses will be from suitable Finders.
Certain uses of the site are completely prohibited:
Our services are not available to, and may not be used by, persons under the age of 18 years or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended ebeebo members. If you are under 18 years old, you can use this service only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this User Agreement.
This site is targeted toward United Kingdom companies. If you access the Website from outside of the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Some or all of the following fees and charges may be incurred by the Subscriber:
a. Subscription Fees. The Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable; and
b. Full payments for all goods and services ordered at, through and/or from Inchima Limited and its licensees.
Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform Inchima Limited of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Inchima Limited is notified, using the support interface at http://inchima.helpserve.com, of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorised use of the Service.
Payment for the services provided to you at and/or through this site may be made by automatic credit card or debit card debit via WorldPay, or through your PayPal account and you hereby authorise Inchima Limited and its agents to transact such payments on your behalf.
Subscription to this site may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Inchima Limited or Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic mail.
You agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred by you during or through the use of this site. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of your membership for any reason.
All 'paid for' materials included at this site are for the private use by Subscribers only. No other uses are intended by the Inchima Limited and any other use is strictly prohibited.
After an initial payment for joining the Service is taken on subscribing of £4.99, thereafter you will be billed £4.99 every 1 month(s) until you either suspend or cancel your account through logging into the administrative area of the site using the provided login and password combination.
Annual payments of £47.88 will be taken should the Subscriber wish to pay annually rather than monthly. The Subscriber will then be re-billed annually on the anniversary of the first payment.
By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation and authorise Inchima Limited to levy such charges.
You must suspend your membership by following the steps on this page, you must suspend your membership at least 2 day's prior to the ending of your next payment, so that you are not automatic rebilling.
You may suspend your payments at any time by cancelling your agreement with either WorldPay or PayPal depending on how you subscribed to the service. Once the agreement is cancelled you will have access to the message centre for the remainder of your subscription period. After this period has lapsed - all data and messages will be kept and upon re-subscribing you will have access to all previous data and messages. Nothing will be lost.
ebeebo have the right to deactivate (and delete messages and data) the accounts of members who have not used the Service for a period of six months or more (as calculated by the date of last connection to the Service) unless you are a paying subscriber.
You agree to pay all applicable charges under this Agreement, including any applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity, and that ebeebo may change its minimum pricing at any time. User must supply ebeebo with correct credit card information, and any changes in credit card validity or expiration date must be updated. ebeebo will automatically renew and charge User's account every month for subscriptions. The renewal charge will be equal to the original subscription price, unless ebeebo notifies User otherwise in advance. If the credit card cannot be processed for any reason, ebeebo reserves the right to cancel the Service.
Fees paid by a Subscriber will not be rebated or refunded by ebeebo, except as follows. If we entirely withdraw an aspect of the ebeebo Service for which you have subscribed, or the entirety of the ebeebo website itself, then you may be entitled to a rebate of your fees for the remainder of the period to which those fees relates. No rebate of any part of the Fees will be payable to Subscribers under any circumstances, other than as provided here.
Our prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
Payment shall not be deemed to be made until We have received either cash or cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding. You will not be able to contact other Members or read and reply to other Members' messages until We have received payment in full.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We don't take or see your credit card or PayPal details at any time as your details are entered directly on the WorldPay and PayPal websites respectively and are completely secure at all times.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ebeebo of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. ebeebo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
You must ensure that the email address we hold for you is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to it – we will be sending you important messages there. If you change email address, then you must inform us of the new address through your “My area/a” page.
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not ebeebo, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service.
ebeebo does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will ebeebo be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
You agree to not use the Service to:
Violation of any of the items in this Section relieves ebeebo of any of its contractual or other legal obligations to User, including ebeebo's obligations under its Privacy Policy.
ebeebo reserves the right to refuse any or all service to any User for any reason, at any time, at ebeebo's sole discretion. User agrees that ebeebo may block its IP address or addresses at any time, and at ebeebo's sole discretion, thereby disallowing User's continued use of ebeebo's web site.
ebeebo makes no claims or representations about any Web Site not under ebeebo's control that a User may access from ebeebo's web site-- by link, frame, or any other means ("Linked Site"). Any link, frame, or any other means to access any Linked Site provided by ebeebo or otherwise on ebeebo's web site does not constitute ebeebo's endorsement, recommendation, or acceptance of any responsibility for the content of that Linked Site or the operators of that Linked Site.
Use of the internal email system, or other email forwarding services that we offer, to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other ebeebo Members. ebeebo reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
All materials on this site ("Online Materials"), including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, articles, columns, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, audio clips, video clips, software, and other elements making up the Service are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by ebeebo or by other parties that have licensed their material to ebeebo.
Except as specifically provided herein, no Online Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, without the prior written permission of their respective owners. You may not add, delete, distort, or otherwise modify the content on this site. Any unauthorised attempt to modify any Online Material, to defeat or circumvent ebeebo's security features, or to utilise this site for other than its intended purposes is prohibited.
Members are given permission to print copies of profiles for internal, information dissemination use only providing these are not stored, archived or otherwise kept for reference in either physical or electronic storage systems.
All ebeebo services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The use of the site Services are licensed, not sold.
All title and copyrights in and to the Software are owned by ebeebo or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the site Services is the property of the respective content owner and also may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
Members may not detrimentally promote ebeebo or its products, nor use the ebeebo name, logos, or copyrighted material, except in the format provided and/or approved by ebeebo. Authorised advertising may be used and is encouraged.
Due to the digital nature of the products, the ease of their untraceable transport, and since the New Member Signup Form has also been completed and agreed to prior to making the membership payment with it's reference to and acceptance of Site Principles; ebeebo has a 'no refund policy', but in exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
ebeebo reserves the right to terminate Members at any time when it is determined that the Member has violated the provisions of this agreement, including the provisions of these policies and procedures as they may be amended or the provisions of applicable laws and standards of fair dealing. This is at the discretion of ebeebo. Any Member terminated for breach of this agreement shall forfeit all commissions owed and shall have no right of recourse against ebeebo.
User agrees not to attempt to damage, deny service to, hack, crack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere (collectively, "Interfere") with ebeebo's web site in any manner. If User in any way Interferes with ebeebo's web site, User agrees to pay all damages incurred by ebeebo, including any consequential damages, and agrees that the measure of hard to determine damages will be the highest estimate of damages as provided by ebeebo. User's Interference with ebeebo's web site relieves ebeebo of any of its contractual or other legal obligations to User, including ebeebo's obligations under its Privacy Policy. ebeebo will cooperate with the authorities in prosecuting any User who Interferes with ebeebo's web site, attempts to defraud ebeebo, or attempts to defraud credit card companies or any other parties through User's use of ebeebo's web site or services.

Each Member acknowledges that we are entitled to withdraw any material on the ebeebo site which appears whether based on information received from Members or others, or our own determination to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement, or to bring the ebeebo service into disrepute. However, you acknowledge that we do not monitor all material which appears on the ebeebo website, and that we are reliant upon you and all users to notify us of anything you see here which appears likely to breach this Agreement, using the notification techniques which are made available on ebeebo website.
ebeebo reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ebeebo shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree that ebeebo has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any survey data or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that ebeebo reserves the right to delete accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that ebeebo reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to bring any changes to the attention of our users, but you should also check this page regularly to familiarise yourself with any updates. This user Agreement is Version 1.0 and replace all previous versions. Last updated on 21st December 2006.
These terms apply to all products purchased by consumers from our website for their personal, non commercial use. These terms do not affect your legal rights.
